Purpose and legitimacy of the processing
The data collected during the stipulation of the service supply contract and during the execution of the same are mainly treated to provide the service.

Advertising communications via e-mail relating to products and services similar to those purchased are made unless the interested party objects to the sending.
The opposition to sending can be exercised by contacting customer service at the e-mail address aca4management@gmail.com.
The provision of the collected data is necessary for the provision of the services and in their absence ACA 4 Management is unable to execute the contract. This with the exception of the data processed by virtue of the consent, which is given freely without any consequence.
In the case of services performed on behalf of third parties, the data subject is responsible that everything will be carried out in compliance with the regulations for the protection of personal data, giving the information and, if necessary, obtaining consent to the transfer of data.
Shelf life
The data will be:
- preserved by law for a period of ten years from the withdrawal or execution of the contract.
- used for the promotion by e-mail of products and services similar to those acquired for two years from the withdrawal, without prejudice to the right to object.
Data recipients
Communication of data to third parties
The data is communicated to:
- third parties if the communication is necessary for the provision of the services covered by this contract;
- public and private bodies if the communication is required by a legal obligation;
- third parties to whom ACA 4 Management could sell the service;
- third parties to whom ACA 4 Management entrusts the performance of certain activities such as tax compliance, IT or commercial consulting, fraud prevention, credit recovery. In these cases the recipients of the communication are appointed Data Processors
Personal data is collected by ACA 4 Management in the list held pursuant to paragraph 1 of art. 5 of 42/13 / CIR.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them and limit the processing. It also has the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to the portability of the same.
Finally, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

The interested party may lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data
Credit card data
Your credit card details are processed and stored by Stripe, based in 185 Berry Street, Suite 550 San Francisco, CA 94107, which handles credit card transactions. It is always Stripe that processes and stores data if it is requested that the recurring payment be made by automatic debit on the credit card or that the data is stored so as to avoid supplying it during new purchases. Stripe operates as the data controller providing the information and requesting, if necessary, consent to the processing. ACA 4 Management could only store the first and last digits of the credit card to allow the user to easily identify it in the future.
